Flint

Flint is located in Genesee County, and has an estimated population of over 120,000. This city is home to Kettering University, University of Michigan - Flint Campus, Mott Community College, and Baker College. There are many cultural destinations to experience, such as a symphony orchestra, Flint Institute of Arts, Longway Planetarium, Sloan Museum, and Whiting Auditorium. The city also hosts the annual Crim Festival of Races, as well as the annual PGA tour event, The Buick Open, at Warwick Hills Golf and Country Club in Grand Blanc. The city is also home to a United Hockey League team. Several area highways surround the area, providing easy access to Detroit and other cities via I-69, I-75, I-475 and US 23.
